약력 l

 A graduate of Trinity College Dublin (Economics and Politics) and London School of Economics (Industrial Relations and Personnel Management),

Sean’s career began in economic forecasting and marketing consultancy, before specialising on his core interest in the corporate governance and regulation of sport.

 He is widely published in the area of sport management, and is a member of the academic scientific committee of the Master in European Sport Governance (MESGO),

a high level executive training programme supported by six of Europe’s leading sport federations.

 He is also a lecturer on the UEFA Certificate in Football Management, and a former director of Supporters Direct,

the UK government not-for-profit organisation for corporate social responsibility in the football industry.

 As programme director of postgraduate degrees in Sport Management at Birkbeck,

Sean conducts research in environmental policy and business strategy, corporate community and charitable involvement,

and the governance and regulation of professional football.
