CAS Update

We are pleased to announce that we will start to issue Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) statements at the end of this week with the aim of sending them to all students who have made their Advanced Payment.

Replying to Offers
It is very important that students confirm their place if they have an Unconditional Offer or have met the requirements of their Conditional Offer to allow us to prepare for their arrival in September. 

Students who have not confirmed their place may also experience a delay in receiving their CAS.

Please notify the International Office at international-office@gold.ac.uk if a student has decided to decline their offer from Goldsmiths.

Advanced Payment Policy FAQ
As mentioned in the previous newsletters a new Advance Payments Policy is being introduced at Goldsmiths and it is very important that students pay this as soon as possible as we will not issue a CAS until this has been received.

Arrival and Orientation Preview
Students will be sent information in the coming months regarding orientation and airport pickups. This information will be sent in late July and early August. The main dates for students to consider are:

 
Friday September 20th - Students can move into Goldsmiths Accommodation. http://www.gold.ac.uk/accommodation/

Friday September 20th and Saturday September 21st - Goldsmiths will run an airport coach service from Heathrow to Goldsmiths. http://www.gold.ac.uk/airport-meet-and-greet/
 
Monday September 23rd - Goldsmiths induction for all international students. http://www.gold.ac.uk/international/welcome/schedule/
 
Saturday 21st - Friday 27th September - Welcome activities and social events will take place on Goldsmiths campus. More information about these activities can be found at the following page which will be regularly updated
 

Goldsmiths International Pathways
Goldsmiths International Pathways are designed for international students preparing to study for an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at Goldsmiths or another UK institution. There is range of courses to choose from, depending on your academic background and level of English. For more information please click here

International Foundation Certificate Pathways

The International Foundation Certificate Pathways are designed for international students who want to develop their academic English and their subject knowledge before starting an undergraduate degree. 

Pre-Masters Pathways
Our Pre-Masters pathways will fully prepare you for your future postgraduate study in the UK. 

Art Extension Degree
This four-year Fine Art degree has been designed for students who need to develop their artistic practice skills and knowledge.
