밴쿠버섬 남동단 British Columbia 주의 수도 Victoria에 위치한 Royal Roads University는 BC주에서 가장 최근에 설립된 대학으로 1940년도에 Royal Military College로 설립되어 1995년도에 Royal Road University로 바뀌었다. 약 4500명의 학생들이 재학중이고 그중 50여명의 국제학생이 재학중이다. 빅토리아 시내에서 근처에 위치하고 있어 대중교통으로 통학이 가능하다. 직업관련 학사, 석사 과정을 보유 하고 있고 다양한 편입과정 프로그램을 보유하고있어 캐나다 대학과 해외대학에서 편입이 가능하다.
