Annandale캠퍼스가 가장 유명하고 규모도 크다.
Annandale캠퍼스는 한인타운이 있는 곳이라 한국인 비율 높다.

학교소개

Southern Association of Colleges and Schools로부터 인가받은Community College이며 학부과정의 학생수가 38,445명에 이르는 미국에서 두번째로 큰 규모의 커뮤니티 컬리지이다. Alexandria, Annandale, Loudoun, Manassas, Woodbridge 5개의 메인 캠퍼스가 있고, 그 외 Arlington Center(extension of Alexandria campus), Reston Center(extension of Loudon Campus), Medical Education, Extended Learning Institute/Distance Learning 등이 있다. 그 중 Alexandria와 annandale 캠퍼스가 지리적으로 DC와 20분 정도 거리로 가까워서, 학생수가 상대적으로 많은 편이고, ELS과정도 활발하게 이뤄져 한국학생의 비율이 높은 편이다. 특히, Annandale캠퍼스 부근은 한인타운이 위치한 곳이라 한인비율이 높다. 워싱턴 지역에서 가장 수업료가 저렴하고, 질 좋은 수업을 제공해서 인지도가 높기도 하다. 참고로 NOVA는 현지 영주권자나 시민권자들의 경우 2년 과정 이수후 취업이 가능하지만 외국 학생은 취업이 거의 불가능하다. 즉 이 노바학교는 편입을 위한 전문대학이고, 많은 학생들이 이 학교에서 2년 과정을 마치고 4년 제 대학으로 편입을 하고 있다. 주로 편입하는 대학은 George Mason University, James Madison niversity, Old Dominion University, University of Virginia등으로 Virginia 주에 있는 4년제 대학으로 주로 편입한다.
