# 제공되는 과정
1) Undergraduate (학부)
• Single, joint, major/minor
• Majority are 3 year degree, or 4 year degrees if a year abroad is included
2) Postgraduate (석사)
• Taught programmes (MBA, MSc, MA, MMus) – 12 months
• Research programmes – 3-4 years
3) English Language Programmes (영어과정)
• University Foundation Programme – 1 year
• Bridging Diploma (pre-master) - 1 year
• Pre-sessional courses - 4 or 8 weeks
• Study Abroad with Academic English – up to 12 months
• In-sessional English Language Programme (targeted English language courses provided free of charge for students enrolled at Royal Holloway)
# 입학조건
1) Undergraduate Study (학부)
• UK Foundation Programme; or
• A levels / IB; or
• 1 year at Korean university;
• IELTS/TOEFL/TEEP/WELTS/Equivalent
2) Postgraduate Study (석사)
• Successful completion of undergraduate degree in South Korea with average grade of 3.2
• Master’s degree or Bridging Diploma may be required for PhD
• IELTS/TOEFL/Equivalent
3) Special requirements (그외)
• MBA: 3 years work experience
• Some programmes require essays/samples of critical writing (English Literature, Drama, Music)
• In some cases, such as the MBA, there may be a telephone interview
# 영어과정 (프리세셔널) : English Language requirements - Pre-sessional
* 12주과정이 새롭게 추가되어 6월중,하순부터 시작된다. 최소 IELTS 5.5 필요함.
• Entry requirements vary depending on IELTS requirement of chosen programme.
• Example: PG Management course requiring IELTS 6.5 with 7.0 in Writing:
– 8-week Pre-sessional: Minimum IELTS 6.0 with 6 in Writing or TOEFL 550/213/79 and TWE 5.0/iBT 24
– 4-week Pre-sessional: Minimum IELTS 6.5 with 6 in Writing, or TOEFL 570/230/88 and TWE 5.0/iBT 24

• The pre-sessional can be taken for all our programmes, except the University Foundation Programme due to its start date
# 지원후의 진행사항
• After applying webpages on Royal Holloway International website:
– Click ‘Future students’ on left, and ‘After Applying’
– Information on application tracking, applying for accommodation, applying for a student visa and pre-departure advice
• Payment of deposits:
– Deposit of £550 required to secure place on University Foundation Programme and Bridging Diploma for International Students
– Deposit of £400 required to secure place on PG Management, Drama & Theatre and Media Arts courses.
• Applications for accommodation
– Must be completed online directly with Student Housing Bureau
– Students must be holding an offer which they have accepted (C/F or U/F)
– Students should apply as early as possible as rooms are allocated on first-come-first-serve basis
# International Foundation Programme : (대학예비과정)
The IFP will be on held on campus with full university status and access to the facilities and social activities on campus.
• The IFP offers guaranteed progression onto the UG degree at RHUL.
• In addition to the main studies, students will have the opportunity to attend guest lectures.
• A student can apply for bursaries and scholarships when they progress onto RHUL degree.
• Students can choose from 4 streams:
– Stream 1: Business studies
– Stream 2: Economics
– Stream 3: Social Sciences and Humanities
– Stream 4: Sciences
• Tuition Fee: 10, 200
• Number of available places: 60
• IELTS requirement: 5.5
# 그외 기타
- 총 135명의 한국인 학생 (예비과정, 학부, 석사, 교환학생)
- 학생들에게 얻은 survey를 바탕으로 새로운 시설들이 추가되어 도서관이 upgrade되었습니다.
학생들이 과제를 하거나 이야기를 할 수 있는 새로운 공간은 물론,
간단하게 음식을 사먹을 수 있는 카페
그리고 스시바 등이 제공되어 도서관을 보다 유용하게 활용하게 되었습니다.
